Saudi Arabia’s ALAR Pipeline Starts Hydrogen Supply
Air Liquide Arabia (ALAR), the Kingdom’s main hydrogen, fuel solutions, and technologies supplier, today declares that it is kickstarting business practices at its flagship pipeline network in Yanbu, on the West Coast of Saudi Arabia, by supplying hydrogen to SAMREF, a partnership between Saudi Aramco and Mobil Yanbu Refining Company, an entirely controlled arm of Exxon Mobil Corporation.
As one of the Middle East’s primary refineries, SAMREF represents ALAR’s first prospect on the pipeline network, which can even begin supplying three other leading industrial corporations in Yanbu Industrial City in the upcoming months.
The event is also a vital breakthrough for ALAR’s hydrogen production website in Yanbu within Yasref.
ALAR will produce the hydrogen equipped to SAMREF from its global-scale hydrogen production site situated on the premises of the YASREF refinery, a partnership between Saudi Aramco and China Petrochemical Corporation.
